They can send as many as their money mules to deposit billions with CBN, but how will they get new notes cash? CBN is only going to pay the let's 50m old notes they bring into their bank accounts. Nobody will hand them new notes as cash.

Now with CBN, EFCC, ICPC etc going around policing banks as to how they disburse/ration the new notes released to them.by CBN, It becomes increasingly difficult for a bank to collect let's say 30m and they will give all of it to their high networth customers who are politicians that just deposited 50m with CBN.

In fact, the politician will not even have access to his cash until after 4 weeks.( I think this was delibrate just to frustrate those of them that have young smart techy guys doing their thinking for them and may want to play the system). I think that's why the governors rushed to Supreme court instead of starting the case from Federal high court that has jurisdiction in such matters.

A statement issued to journalists by the Chief Press Secretary to Mr Ganduje, Abba Anwar, early on Tuesday, narrated what transpired at the event.

“Buhari is a symbol of unity. Buhari loves Nigeria more than the way he loves himself. He is too much committed to bringing sustainable development to our dear nation. This dinner in his honour is timely and apt,” the governor was quoted as saying.

“Before our dear president came in, we had series of bomb attacks all over the North-east. So also in places like Kano, we had terrible experiences.”

He said there was “a time in Kano when 10 police stations were bombed simultaneously. Over 300 people were killed. We can still remember when there were explosives at Kano Central Mosque, where another set of more than 200 were killed by the dreaded Boko Haram insurgents. But everything is now history. When President Buhari came in now it is a different story.”
