Buhari erred when he made further changes/declarations to the naira note debacle given there is a subsisting injunction on ground.

You can't remove a sitting governor by declaring emergency rule. The governor remains despite proclamation of emergency over a state. Immunity expires after completion of tenure, resignation or impeachment.
Forget what obj did back then. Supreme court declared it illegal, ultra vires, null and void.

If the president is determined to arrest El Rufai, he will and heaven will not fall. You can go to court and challenge his decision and nothing will come out of it even if the court reverse the decision, the onus will be on the president to obey the judgement. The court is yet to decide on the meat if the issue. It rather says maintain status pending determination. It
will recuse itself or assume jurisdiction. But it is yet to do that, it simply said maintain status for now and this a valid court ruling that must be obeyed.
