Banks have been less than reliable lately, so I've been unable to withdraw money from my dom account. They've been telling me they didn't have USD since Monday.

The FX agent I exchange with says she can send me Naira if I transfer the USD to her, but I can't for the life of me find the FX transfer section in my GTWorld app.

I've sent GTB an enquiry email but got no response. Their customer care line is turned off, and 737 is a no-op!

I've tried to register for their Internet banking service but them say them no fit verify my details or say i dey enter invalid card expiry.

Please let me know how to do this stuff if you've got experience using it.

Walk into the bank and talk to them, I believe they will ask you to fill a transfer form from your USD account to hers

I don't think you can do online fx transfer without a token. Best thing is to go to the bank on Monday and ask for an FX transfer slip.

Was it an inflow or deposits?

If the source is inflow you can initiate the transfer on GTWorld
Click on transfer
Select Fx transfer

If it’s a cash deposit, you won’t be able to transfer the fund.
You will have to visit the bank to make a withdrawal and deposit same to the agent account

If you do not have hardware token , kindly download Gtbank eToken.
Sign up with your card details.

I've asked that at one of their branches. They very rudely told me I have to get a token and do the transfer through their electronic channels.

If they don't, ask them for cash. Withdraw then deposit into your beneficiary's account

I don't do business with people who I don't know their office... in case I need to track them down and beat the truth out of them when they lie that they've not received the money I transferred.

Hello my country people, I need your help.

This morning, I needed to send money abroad from my Gtbank DOM account, so I decided to use the Send App by Flutterwave. I transferred the funds from my DOM to my dollar card for this purpose. However, I encountered an issue when trying to send the money through the Send App. Now, I want to move the money from my card back to my DOM account, but I'm receiving a message saying "you can't transfer from this account."

Has anyone encountered this problem before, and if so, how did you resolve it?

Note: I am currently not in Nigeria.
