I bought a 2012 camry SE toks, it runs perfectly, after few weeks (did a about 650km trip) i noticed its doing half starting (might have to start twice before it starts or it will start on first kick but delay) but this doesnt happen on first start of the day (when i start it for the first time in the day it starts quickly)

I serviced it with mobile 1 oil, also i did install a tracker on it, the type that cuts fuel pump

several factors can cause this; faulty cooling fan, bad radiator cap, blocked radiator cells or bad water pump. There's an easy fix for this problem.

Most car manufactures are downsizing on cylinder and displacements these days and going the way of force induction for several reasons which I believe is killing the auto industry and taking the fun out of it. On short term usage (from 20 to 50k miles) it should work fine without issues. The true test on that engine would be from 100k miles and above when the effect of hauling that heavy body with those smaller forced induced engine for long distances starts showing up.
Toyota reliability has been rubbish and over exaggerated lately in my opinion.
