Lion is king of the Jungle primarily to the fact he fears none, they attack in duos or more, never leave each other behind.

That you have a king in your village means that the entire villagers have seen he only deserves to be made to lead cause he only has the best qualities fitted for the role .

Yes a Lion can last far far longer in a fight than a Tiger cus it can conserve it energy for longer.

Wrong. A Lion can as much survive and thrive alone. They stay together cus Lions are generally social animals by nature, unlike Tigers who're solitary.

Lions have a better hunting ability on average than a Tiger, which even though its an ambush predator still falls short of a Lion.

Just cus an animal is solitary definitely doesn't mean it's better than a more capable animal thats both social and effective as a loner.

I wanted to go on and make an argument on why the Lion will obliterate a Tiger using my observations and studies, but thankfully there are many real live accounts and videos to prove my argument.

This debate might probably be nonexistent on Nairaland here but it's very huge on YouTube and other foreign internet medias.

Clyde beatty, circus owner and wild animal tamer, pitted Lions and Tigers for fights to the death and he wrote a book about it. The Lions were 3 while there are 4 Tigers, in 5 separate fights. All the Lions survived the fights while many of the Tigers died.

Initially i sided tiger but after thorough research, it's obvious lion may likely win. The mane protective stuff on lion's neck will go a long way in helping it to emerge victorious.

Almost all articles on google says the tiger will win, but it seems u have a different opinion since u have seen many fight between them in real life. Only newer studies tell you Tigers win, and it's only based on bodyweight. Good you said articles. Also good you said I based mine on YouTube videos.

YouTube videos show you what is really happening in video form for you to actually see. All your articles you may provide only tells you what they think and it mostly based on personal bias and assumptions based on bodyweight.

Zoologists and animal trainers and tamers together with most circus owners who experience these things first hand completely say otherwise.

So choose to believe an "article" or choose to believe reality. It's on you.

Almost every country has some form of symbol represented by a Lion, modern and ancient societies alike. Even those that don't even have Lions or ever even seen it, even those that have Tigers in their habitat still put up Lions as symbols.

I don't know where you got all you typed here from but just know they are all lies.

In the wild, a tiger will take out a lion with a single swipe cause Tigers are larger, Tiger is 2 times longer than a lion and weigh more.

The only saving grace for the lion is the cover he enjoys in the pride, strength in numbers. Tigers on the other hand are solitary hunters.

Tigers can't withstand a lion in a fight. Even a Siberia tigers too can't. They r bigger yes, but lions are more swift n skillful in fighting all their life.

Yes! I provided some here for all to see but they still go on "Google articles" to tell them otherwise. Together with the fact all their articles are based on assumptions and personal opinions not actual events cus they don't put them together for an actual fight to death.

But I want you to go through a man called Clyde beatty, he is an expert in these things and he did put the Lions and Tigers together for fights in 1933 when it was still legal and he wrote a book about it called Jungle performers. He pitched 3 Lions and 4 Tigers in different fights to the death and all Lions survived and almost all Tigers die of the wounds inflicted. These are accounts you should read and watch not assumptions and outright lies.

Go on YouTube and watch the various videos. You are very much likely to see a Lion beating a Tiger and only see Tiger "swiping" Lions to the ground which is not enough to call it a fight to the death.

Lions and Tigers both kill mostly by biting to the neck, but how can you kill something with an armor as thick as 20 times more hair on its head, neck and shoulder area?

Everyone knows that a person with an afro absorbs more hit to the head without as much damage as a person without hair. Now compare that with a Lion which has 20 times or more.
