INEC should not allow incidence forms because that is why Lagos state has been under the rulership of APC for 20years.

Yes of course I went through a lot of trouble to get my PVC.

But I may not vote or if I vote it may be done only in a symbolic way i.e by voting for someone like Kwankwaso or Sowoer who are decent men but not likely to win.

It's now illegal. INEC didn't print it. If BVAS didn't recognize you, you are simply an impostor. The good thing is that BVAS doesn't depend on mobile networks to work. Mahmood is doing a great job at INEC!
