Please mods I'm sorry for posting this on the wrong section. I made a transfer from my union bank account to a first bank account since 2nd of February 2023, I never knew the person did not receive the money, I inquired from the person and he said he didn't get any money with proof of his account statement. I have tried to reach union bank to no avail as I can't go to their office due to the nature of my work. I have wasted airtime calling thier customer care but no response. What else can I do please guys. |

Mail them the transaction and the transfer session and explain what you've just said, trust me you'll get respons within 12hrs |
