The idea that Yoruba from other states are also migrants in Lagos is ridiculous. Imagine thinking an Ijebu in Epe is different from the one in Ijebu Ode or the Awori in Igbesa Ogun are not the same as the ones in Apapa Lagos because of the artificial construct of state borders. https://twitter.com/Cappadiszle/status/1628017075225493504?t=4mlkN8yXetaI0rMBush_Hg&s=19 |

People who carry tribe on their heads are yet to evolve. That is an attitude for lower animals and not human beings. |

ClearFlair:What do u mean carrying tribe on the head? Are u saying Yorubaland shouldn't be for Yorubas? |

ClearFlair:Rubbish. People should no longer have pride in their history, culture and origin? Only clowns will not understand that people like you have an agenda same as those who want to be forcing sexual partisanship on children as young as 5 under the pretext of "fighting discrimination". |

What about Yorubas in Kogi, Benin Republic, Brazil, Togo? Because Lagos has been built by all Nigerians, you wanna reap where you did not sole. What makes you have more right to Lagos than someone from Delta? Mind you Niger Delta oil money built Lagos [quote author=nisai post=121121162]The idea that Yoruba from other states are also migrants in Lagos is ridiculous. You have to form Yoruba nation first. Can you say someone from Liverpool city is a stranger in Manchester city? Or someone from New York is an immigrant in California? Do you know what a country means? cocolacec: |
| Re: Yoruba Is Free Anywhere In Yorubaland by Nobody: 8:32am On Feb 22, 2023 |
DMerciful:You should direct that question at yourself. The Liverpudlian and Mancunian speak the same language albeit with distinct accents. They have the same socio-economic leanings and ideology. Most importantly, they are tolerant. They live and let live. They are inclusive and see each other as the same overall with issues of superiority and discrimination very muted and inconsequential rather than the pervasively self-destructive menace to society it is in our Nigeria. The reality is that the SW is a microcosm of the UK whereas Nigeria is like the EU with Brits having similar problems to issues in Nigeria today that forced them to Brexit. You and your kinsmen should stop promoting garbage you believe benefits the covetous and hideously irresponsible way you Igbos wish to live. It it time we all take responsibility for the progress and development of our regions instead of having the freedom to flee it to then go and overwhelm/burden others all in the name of 'one Nigeria'while dragging indigenese who have stakeholder superiority. Such is killing us today leaving Nigeria a 'crab in a bucket' nation where no people or region, regardless of how hard they are prepared to work, can escape the misery of our current reality. A state of affairs you lot, happy to sell spare parts even in Sambisa forest, revel in. You guys are educated but not progressive, responsible or visionary. |

We did not asked to be in same country with you, in fact, we fought for Biafra and was free for 3yrs. You fought to bring us back, you had it coming because now you have to deal with us! The whole of Nigeria is our heritage! There's absolutely nothing you can do about it. Anybody that's not originally from Lagos by ancestry irrespective of language spoken is also an immigrant in Lagos. There's nothing difficult to speak a language. Lagos belongs to all Nigerians equally Dsalvo: |

DMerciful:Stop fretting over what's non of your concern. As far as we are concerned in the West, Yorubas from kogi, Kwara, Benin rep, Togo or even far away Brazil have more right in Yorubaland than any group that has no cultural ties with us. ![]() Which part of Lagos are you talking about? |

nisai:Yes it should be for yorubas alone but guess what, it's not. Yoruba is not a country, Nigeria is. Get your own oduduwa republic first then ban non yorubas from coming in. Simple and short. |

I don't even know what is wrong with these local champions of tribalism? Imagine me going to a place called Ama Hausa in Main market that is well populated with ndi Hausa and asking them to leave or going to sokoto and. Kano street in onitsha and asking the people there to rename the streets. Yoruba Muslims pls travel and see and stop living in online republic |

nisai:Just look at how Simon Ekpa and his ipob thugs are treating their own People O! To the extent of butchering them and feasting on. the Corpses Is it any wonder if others don't want to be part of them in the interest of their own self Preservation? The worse part is that nobody can call them to order not even their elders |
