This is what I don't like about Nigerian politics, It is full of lies n deceit. Why it took them 3 days to the 2023 presidential election before apologizing n declaring that the APC government has failed Nigerians? If I am into politics n I supported a candidate to win an election, it won't take me more than a year to pull out n denounced such a candidate as a failure.

As for shagari,the north as a whole stood behind shagari and even forced maitama sule to step down.awolowo had to choose a running mate from se because all the northerners refused him.he didnt even campaign up north except in plateau.
The north is divided just like in 1993,2003 and 2011 when abiola,obj and gej got 40%
