Kwankwaso didn't not step-down

Kwankwaso will rather step down for a southerner than a northerner. By my calculations he will be 74years old or there about by the time any winner in this election finishes his tenure if by any chance that winner is atiku he will have to wait for the south to do 8 more years by then he would be 82yrs old.
IMO what Kwankwaso is doing is watering the ground for 2031. He wants to inherit bubu's cult fellowership by 2031.
