All he has to do is to win some NC states then get at least 25% in the rest and he would be declared winner.

from the result so far there is no way APC and PDP will get 25percent vote in 11 South south/ southeast state they will not also get 20% vote in Benue so its either the election is declared inconclusive or obi wins

Don't worry. We already know that majority of the votes in the NW and NE will be divided among Atiku, kwankwaso and tinubu.

So, no bloc vote for APC in the north
