The turnout is very poor. In Kano, people queue to vote with lantern from 3 a.m but this time around it is not like that. A polling unit in Anambra is almost 3 polling units in kano, something is wrong. The IBOS, as they are voting in IBO land they are also voting in Lagos. The Intelligence Agencies have a job to do.
