My guy, some Yorubas no get logic for head. They follow Igbos to talk down Lagos and the effective governance the state has been blessed with since 1999. And I always ask them one question:

If Igbos are correct that Lagos is a terrible place (and Tinubu is the cause), how come Igbos in their hundreds of thousands every year leave SE and move permanently to Lagos?

Even Obasanjo is a better accomplished leader . Lagos has been the economic nerve center of the country since colonial times and EVERYONE from all tribes invested to make it what it is today, and yes there are indigenous people who lived and identify with the land, no one can argue that.. But can you afford to pay others their investments and tell them to leave? people have moved from all corners of Nigeria including Agbado master to live and thrive from their investment. Nobody gives free money to anybody in Lagos. I don't support anyone also saying Lagos is boo man's land but let's all be rational and let peace reign..

Tinubu was an accountant for a large financial company. The guy who was tangentially connected to the drug deal was one of Tinubu's client. This is the reason Tinubu had to forfeit the moneys connected to the client.

Infact we need to know those areas that are not loyal to Lagos govt so we can reduce the social infrastructure there and concentrate it in areas of needs based on their loyalty

People would go there, conduct their businesses and RETURN to their homes. That doesn't make them indigenes. The same goes for Abuja, the same goes for many commercial capitals of the world.

If I have lived in Aba for 30 years, such that my kids don't know anywhere else, I should responsibly tell them that this is NOT home, we're only sojourners here. If live in London or New York, my kids must know the place ain't home!
