By virtue of Section 60 (5) of the Electoral Act 2022 and Clause 38 of the Regulations and Guidelines for the Conduct of Election, 2022, presiding officers must transmit results to the INEC Result Viewing Portal on completion of elections. Failure to comply is a criminal offence. 7 Likes 1 Share |

If the portal did indeed fall over due to high traffic from the national elections (which is possible since it had only been previously used for regional elections) then itβs surely not right to prosecute anyone. That their system wasnβt proper load tested is a monumental failure in itself though, if thatβs even true and not an excuse for rigging. Just a shambles all round 1 Like 1 Share |

They are joking with this country They really want to put the country in flames One thing must stop this rubbish...lets wait for their final nonsense declaration To the youths This is what INEC will do...due to pressure and no wanting to expose their atrocious rigging. They will declare that no candidate met the constitutional requirements .... Thereby declaring the election for a second run-off ballot...they will choose APC and PDP strongholds, which will definitely make Labour Party to lose woefully. Nigerian youths let's watch and see. We are going to beat them to their own game. |
