Nigeria will be making waves if each region have police / army that are indigenous to the region, that the only solution and that is absolute Regional government not this barbaric unitary system of stealing wealth from Yoruba land to fund another region in the name of one Nigeria.

That is how federalism is operated . Unitary system can't work in Nigeria , it is too big with many cultures and ethnicity.
