At exactly 12:53PM Nigerian time today, the INEC Chairman boldly said results transmitted from polling units are not as important as the results collated MANUALLY by the State Electoral Commissioner.

Given they have been using soreadsheets, what this means is, if the State REC can manipulate the results he/she writes manually, it is more valid than the results you all saw at the polling unit.

EmaPrince , Itsrm , Livelongandprospa and the others, now you know why results are being manupuated in many States.

I think he underestimated PO influence based on his own calculation. He felt he is a bigger politician and PO support won't surpass SE which he felt won't turn up. I am sure he will feel disappointed because that would have been his easiest shot to presidency given that 8 years or 4 years is a long time and who knows maybe then he won't be the favourite among northern candidates.
