I don't think he needs FCT. There are only 2 states in the North where APC is not guaranteed of 25%: Plateau and Taraba. APC is fine in other 17 Northern states. APC has more than 25% in Akwa Ibom, and he did well in 6 Southwestern states. He's likely to get 25% in Rivers and Bayelsa too.

I think he needs 25% in Abuja. Festus Okoye explained that last year and Mike Igini mentioned it again last week

25% of 600,395 is 150,099 and Tinubu had 144,471.

Obi should focus on getting his 25% across 24 states. The upcoming results will shock everyone.
