Don't mind him. Court can stop collation process. It is only election that court cannot stop. But if INEC is not reliable to conduct elections, do you think judicary can do right things? Inec, security and judicial officers are all corrupt.
Right thing to do now is to take all ballot boxes and election materials to state inec offices for proper counting and collation.

No judge will grant that exparte order. He'll rather put the other parties on notice. It's not a frivolous matter.

You don't know what you're saying....an election process starts from voting, to collation and finally to declaration of result. No court can stop that process...any party that is not satisfied should approach the election tribunal according to the constitution. No court has the locus standi or jurisdiction to entertain any election matter before it's completion. It runs against the law.

Nah! No court can stop the process, except you bribe the judge to set Nigeria on fire. Yoruba's will definitely go on rampage cause it'll give june 12 vibe.

They have the powers and can exercise it at will.
Tinubu WILL NOT BE PRESIDENT for One day. I am giving the expo right now, so you don't get shocked at last.

The evidence of electoral fraud is overwhelming.

Who gives a f*ck if Yorubas go on rampage?
We r talking about the monumental fraud committed by APC & INEC by criminally refusing to upload the PU results to the IReV.

Court can't stop CBN from making a policy clearly stipulated that it can perform, but after it's done the validity or due process can be challenged in court. Likewise, you can't stop INEC from conducting elections or collating its result. However, after the result is collated you can challenge its validity in court.

Show me where it is stated in the constitution that collation and announcement could not be stopped by the court. Even INEC has power to even stop collation and order rerun in disputed areas.

Try it and see if all of you living in Lagos and the North won't burn. You people are trying to start a fire that will completely consume you. Remember, IPOB are the only ones living and having investments in other parts of Nigeria. You started one in 1966 and your still suffering for it,I dare you to start another one.
If I may ask,did you really expect an IPOB man to be the president of Nigeria?
That's why other Nigerians regard you people as fools, even a 5 year old child knows that no IPOB man can win the presidential election in Nigeria whether it is rigged or free and fair.

When a supposed independent body gets hijacked and brazenly being used to attempt a coup against the state, the courts can stop the criminal process.

And the country has law enforcement personnel to handle any tribal "rampage" that follows
