The strategy is to dwarf the votes from concentrated Labour Party places and replace them with smaller margins against APC, while APC dominated areas like the SW will win with high margins against LP.

Edo state gave more votes than this to LP, same with Lagos, same with Rivers and Akwa ibom.

If the total number of votes cast is 600k, a party will have to get at least 150k votes out of that total number, to be considered as having 25% requirement for that state. That's practically one-quarter of the total.

And such candidate must have at least 25% in at least 24 states of the federation, out of the total 36 states

You are correct on "Oshiomhole is in Edo North" but very wrong on "Edo North is majorly muslim".

In addition, Edo North people don't vote based on religious sentiments at all.

I keep saying this, this is politics! You don’t expect a corrupt ruling party to hand over power just like that. This is all these old men have done all their lives and are specialists in.

You need to fight for it or fold hands like we are about to do.

In as much as the rigging was insane, you can’t tell me it wasn’t expected. What were our plans to avert that? By counting and posting videos? To what end? To call USA’s attention? Those ones that their losing supporters stormed the Capitol Hill with weapons? Smh

This was the Structure they were all referring to when they said LP had none. We are still largely hungry people (they made sure of that). You have to MOBILIZE people. You have to spend money. You have to do the GROUNDWORK or you take it by FORCE. That is the way African Politics is being run. It is not easy to take power from a power-hungry group of people with wealth. They understand how to divide and manipulate! They understand the stupid constitution they created and the loopholes.

You don’t wait one year to elections to start campaigning. How can you change a life long APC thug’s mind one year to elections? You campaign as soon as the new government gets in. You start sensitizing people NOW. Create top of mind awareness so that they recognize you or your party when you officially start campaigns.

No one said it’s easy but these guys know that they can do whatever they like and get away with it. PLAY THE GAME WITH THEM but be a lot smarter or keep complaining.

As for those celebrities, it’s the Nigerian people I blame tho. Your faves are all faves because they made their money from these people being in power. Whether corporate or political, it’s the same dirty funds being circulated. Can any one of your celebrities decline a request to perform for any politician? You have your answer.

Nigerians rejected APC at the polls and they want to somehow remain in power despite the carnage they have caused in this nation. I guess the 170m dollars TInubu promised inec officials is working. Lets just wait and see as the drama unfolds.
Three days after elections and we still do not know results from some states despite the usually inept Inec promising to upload results on servers they still reverted back to their old ways of announcing manipulated results. The just want to plunge an already dying nation into crisis.
