LP can even be excused as they are "debutant" to election process but what's PDP excuse? PDP cannot claim they dont have the result of their polling unit by polling units from their agents stationed across the country.

You are not raising alarm at the LG and state collation levels, you now go to Abuja to be shouting when it's the same result that the state REC announced that they are announcing in Abuja. Like the INEC chairman said, if you have evidence of rigging, go to the tribunal and table your evidence.

They are saying there's a section of the electoral act that empowers the INEC chairman to cancel the election within 7 days if any irregularity is noticed.

Since they have evidences of irregularities, they expect the INEC chairman to cancel the election.
