Tinubu "won" But Nigeria Mourns Nigerians especially the indigenous people had opted for a New Nigeria for a number of reasons but most people are shortsighted. I can tell you that Tinubu "won" but Yoruba, Igbo, Ijaw, Hausa, Efik, Igala, Southern Kaduna, Benue, Plateau etc lost big. No one won except Tinubu. Tinubu can't fight the evil he is a part of. The cry, the condolences, the burials unfortunately will continue because nothing actually has changed. We have got into a more dangerous situation. Tinubu by the virtue of his desperate lifestyle, party affiliation, mental strength, religious affiliation lacks the will to stand and even look at the faces of the monsters destroying and killing Nigerians. It's a matter of time those who think they've won will realize we have all actually lost. Across the nation, thousands of Yorubas, Hausas, Fulanis, Ijaws, Edos, and Itsekiris queued up in the hot sun to vote in their son from Anambra state as president, putting a lie to the myth that Nigerians cannot elect an Igbo person president. Obi came very close, and incredibly, beat Bola Tinubu in Lagos. If he keeps this momentum, he will be an extremely formidable force in the next elections, especially if Tinubu fails to perform. They will not go back to their agitation now until after handing over because their pastors have brainwashed them that Buhari will not hand over to Tinubu, their pastors have prophetized that the people will protest against the result and lead to the interim govt. 99.9% of that easterner still believe in that prophetic, so, after one failure, they will now go back to Biafra. He still talking of next election when hausas are still in this country. What they need is a mental and intellectual struggle to build the south east to standard in the next 20 years and acquire some military capabilities to defend themselves. But they want to be president of the whole Nigeria when almost everybody dislikes them. I was surprised with the amount of hate educated yoruba Christians have for the igbos in this election and I concluded that the igbo will never be allowed near power. They need a calm and reasonable leader for the struggle, not violent agitation—especially now that they lack defence. They really need to love themselves and their land more. I will stop advising or fighting for them. |
