They print dollars and then go round the world acquiring people's resources with the dollar they printed. If you dare question the fairness of their action, they will cause political instability in your country, accuse you of crimes you did not commit and even invade your country to overthrow your government and install their puppet... African leaders we currently have are too foolish to realise that they need to seriously give education a priority in their countries so that they can build the manpower to sustain a self reliant nation like Gaddafi did for Libya.
