Like I said before, flashing the android 13 custom rom is done with the use of computer running on windows 10, and you must be familiar with 'Adb and fastboot' . So, I can't help you on that. To prevent your phone from getting bricked, I'll advice you to give it to a knowledgeable person to help you with the flashing

You can upgrage your Umidigi A11 Promax to Android 13 ( Tiramisu) unofficially. The Android 13 custom ROM is running smoothly on the device ,even smoother than the stock ROM.
The only condition for installation is that you must be a computer literate with the knowledge of ADB and FASTBOOT.
If you're interested, Pm me, and I'll send you the ROM download link and my flashing guide.

-No lag on navigation buttons
-Minimum brightness further reduced
- Many customizations available
-Pixel like rom
-Smooth animations
-Rom allows you to root device
-And so much more(I'm still exploring 😁)

Disadvantages
-You'll lose your default camera app
-You'll lose your thermometer (I don't use that)

All i can say is that I'm satisfied

It means it work anywhere in the world. They have Chinese version of the phones too which doesn't work outside China.
