There is a big difference. This is a work place and an infringement on their fundamental right to vote or not to vote to register as a voter or not.

What right does the hospital management have to request them to show or present their PVC at work. This was not done until the defeat of the incumbent governor's party at the last election.

These are pointers that they intend to rig.
