The Yorubas belong to Western Nigeria whether Osun, Ogun, Oyo and likes and Lagos (Ilu Eko) is in Western Nigeria which means Yorubas are at home in Lagos.

You an Easterner that crossed river Nigeria and travelled over 1000 miles to enter West is and will forever remain an outsider in Lagos cos Lagos is not your home. Don't wait till you're forcefully evicted like your forefathers, have some honour and go rescue your shithile states in South East.

The OP is not Igbo, he's one of APC urchins trying to stoke ethnic war for political gains. For the record, our position as Igbos hasn't changed in 24 years. We believe that Lagos is not a no man's land and it belongs to Indigenous Lagosians, but unfortunately migrant Yorubas have captured it for themselves.

We have therefore resolved to fight alongside aboriginal Lagosians until they take back their state. We will continue to vote for true sons and daughters of Lagos in whatever party they present themselves until they repossess every inch of their state.

The same politicians telling you GRV can't be Governor because his mum is from the South East.. they have wife's from the South East and are currently dating South East babes.

If its the turn of their children the narrative will change.

Seyi Tinubu will soon be Governor of Lagos and his Igbo wife will be first Lady grin grin grin

FFK has children from his Igbo wife, tomorrow they will become Governor of Lagos grin grin grin

Wise up and vote for GRV for Governor.

Could you stop posting his family pics on this forum....those are little kids? It's very intrusive and all shades of wrong! As far i know, he never asked Igbos' to leave Lagos or say Rhodes-Vivor isn't qualified to be governor because his Mum is Igbo.

Every Yoruba that wishes to be Lagosian is ok; they are true defenders of the land with the indigenous Aworis, Ijebus, etc. Most of these families with English Spanish Yoruba names like Dohathy, Cardoso, Crowder, etc and who are returnees from slavery were originally from Oyo, Ijesa, Ekiti, Tapas etc. and were sold through Oyo empire ports in Port Novo (Ajase) and Coutonu but later returned to Lagos. Yorubas are bound to accept their own once there is a shared culture, language, tradition and heritage.

Original Lagosians were not enslaved and they have full Yoruba names till today, e.g, Kosoko, Ojora, Akintoye, etc. You igbos are trying hard to divide Yorubas but the sabo (they're no longer wokes) you're using will soon retrace their steps from their lost; you forget that every Yoruba clan has other group of Yorubas as indigenes. There are many Ekitis, Ilorin, Ijebu, Egba, Ijesa, etc that are now Ibadan indigenes, so also Lagos, Akure, Abeokuta and the rest. Yoruba quarrel but flow together like water to eliminate common enemies.

You can't dovide Yorubas or separate them. Their bond is beyond ordinary. They don't discriminate against any Yoruba from anywhere that chose to be Ekiti, Egba, Oyo, Ijebu, Ikale, Ondo or Lagosian but it's difficult for any other tribes that refuse Yoruba culture. It's very easy for a Fulani, Nupe, Hausa, Afemai, Ijaw, Urobo person (they usually respect themselves) to become Yoruba person than Igbo since Igboman, although welcome like others but has an ambition to destroy Yoruba heritage and as former Northern leader said, give him an inch, he will take mile.

Rant of an illegal immigrant. You must be from iragbiji or deny it now. So far as we are concerned, Lagosis for Lagosians and they must take it back with our help.
