My deposit was 9127cad or there about. I actually paid late but I kept checking online on their website to ensure that the intake for my program was still showing as open and hadn't closed. If you pay late they will have to provide you an updated admission letter as the other one becomes outdated so be mindful of that. The amount for your POF should cover your fees (if you haven't paid them) and living expenses for one year minimum which is about 10-12 thousand CAD. If you're using a sponsor, there should be proof of commitment such as them paying your fees and a significant remaining balance as it will not make sense for them to use all their savings just to find your education.

It depends on the visa officer but you should be able to get 3 years of PGWP if the 16 month was attended as full time student with lots of course components. The final transcript from the school and Letter of completion is part of what the officer would review to determine length of PGWP. Again, it depends on the visa officer.

Good morning people…I’ll like to ask if anyone has had to change schools after getting his or her study permit approval/letter of introduction at POE(before traveling and resumption)? Someone said if you need to change your school after getting your LOI and before traveling, you will have to apply for another study permit. Is this correct? Does any of our gurus have experience to share on this?

Yes,it correct change of course in same school ok but if u change school before travelling then u need a new student permit but Most of this recent questions about studies in canada are best answered at the canada student section on this forum

that period is easter lots of people travelling at that time. Most airlines tickets are all mostly sold out. You wont see tickets below 1m.

Is its correct that an individual applicant would need approximately $15,500 CAD to immigrate to Canada. Couples would need around $21,000 CAD while families with children will require between $25,000 to $30,000 CAD.

It’s either you try permanent residency, work permit, marriage or student visa. There are threads on all except marriage on nairaland. Go and read them to see if you meet the requirements.

If you did not live in Canada as a temporary resident before you landed in 2022, the answer is no. You however have to file a 2022 return. The deadline for most people to file a 2022 return is April 30, 2023
