When I tell people that Peter obi is tight fisted people cone for me. This guy doesn't have a quarter of Obi's money yet gave out 15 m. Once time a certain market got burnt I think ihiala. Like I read , he donated 1 million naira. He also donated 5 million naira to benue flood victims. Not saying the money is small or something. But obi is a multi billionaire and just seems tight fisted. But this GRV shud stop wasting money and go find business to do. He can't win lagos |

Nice initiative. I was reading through the GRV's questions and feedbacks thread yesterday and I saw how some nairalanders were insisting that he does not have the capacity to lead Lagos because he does not have the experience. It's funny how for long we have been pushing for younger Nigerians to get directly involved in governance and now that GRV has taken a giant step in that direction, same youths are castigating against him because of lack of experience. The question is before Sanwo Olu became a governor, did he have any experience in public governance? |

If you like donate N100million ipob project will never stand anywhere in SW take it or leave it. You think you can fool everyone? No way. When Owo people were massacre inside church by terrorist were you dead by then Mr ipob vigour or whatever you called yourself? But suddenly now because you want votes from those ingrate miscreants who ran away from their region and became land grabbers all across Nigeria you now became a charity and cheerfu giver baa? You lie. Your obimoron is in this same Nigeria that Buhari lop-sided rules nearly crippled everyone but he never for one day criticised the govt but suddenly came from nowhere now claiming messiah of his foolish followers. If he truly love Nigeria where has is voice gone all these while when Nigerians are in pain and groaned daily? Volvo or vapour or wivour if you like go heaven or hell Yoruba are ready for you all to take back their land and stop you from insulting their common sense. A true lover of Nigerians are people like E-monry, Elumelu, Tinubu, Atiku, Oshiomhole, Wike, Fayose, Falana, Adelekes, igbinidon, Soludo, Umahi etc not that useless liar called obi who can not point to a single soul he has lifted up in his miserable, selfish and stingy life. |

Goodmarlian:It's not his money. That's money given to him by the non- Yorubas plotting the takeover of Lagos. They know that Lagos is a goldmine and they are investing to be shareholders It's left to well-meaning Yorubas to stop that agenda There are meeting in the East in all LP gathering about taking over Lagos. They don't like the way Lagos is supporting other SW states. When they take over, they will make sure the support goes to SE. That's when those Yorubas supporting them will wake up |

Nwodosis:Igbos are not the only marketers in Akere market, there are yorubas and hausas there no narrative can dispute that fact. The day igbos will realize america or russia has no power to install Igbos as president in Nigeria maybe that day they will stop playing the victim card. IF APC want to get back at IGbos as alleged why Akere when there are places like Alaba,Ladipo, lawanson and okota. But does that even make sense, Igbos have spent the last 20yrs of there lives voting against Tinubu in Lagos so why attack them now, afterall he WON |

I don't know why it would not let me post on the seplat CEO issue. Those people are immigrants to Nigeria. They are not expatriates. I don't even know how they do what they do. Nigerian government should make it very difficult for anybody to bring in workers in the name of expatriates. Nigerians should be working in these companies, not some knuckle heads. Every company should have job training. Thats how it works around the world. You come in, you employ Nigerians. Nigerian government must be on its toes. If not eeeh.. you'll have slaves in this country. |
