You should be ashamed of making these statements. Owerri is older than Awka (owerri was capital of Abia) but Awka of yesterday is already developing faster than Owerri. Awka real estate is currently the fastest growing in the country.

Nigeria and especially Ndigbo have lost the plot absolutely.........projects are ill conceived and even in the rare cases projects are well conceived they are shabbily executed! we need to up our game ....and fast too!

I agree 100%...........example is the Ebonyi airport! I wish Umahi had gotten an experienced aviation architect/consultant to sign off on the final design of the facility............interior decor of the terminal building is pure aesthetic bedlam! Good thing is that the structure is in place........a governor with better design taste can retrofit the building later! as for Soludo.........he started slowly but he has rekindled some hope these past few weeks !
