While watching a YouTube channel ARGOS VISA, which is made up of 12 fomer USA consular officers from different countries, they said if your country date for interviews are full, you can go to another country and apply from there.

Please how valid is this information. Has anyone tried it before?
Can Nigerians get visa appointment from nearby African countries?

I heard that USA interview dates for this year are full and the only available dates are in 2024, if someone wants to apply for instance for student visa, F1, M-1 or even B1/B2 visa, can someone to nearby countries like Ghana, Benin republic, Togo, South Africa to apply for your interview?

Any tips and suggestions are welcome

Yea,any Visa type,you must apply for Thier resident permit and get it before you can apply for any Visa,not necessary US visa...
