Everyone that has emotional intelligence knows that this is one of the worst kind of disrespect any group or visitors can launch against their hosts. This same problem has created serious carnage in places like Plateau state and Benue.

Not sure why mostly Igbos have insisted on stating that Lagos is no man’s land. Not even Yorubas from other states claim or drag with Lagos indigenes about who owns Lagos. Only Igbos do this for reasons best known to them, and then turn around to claim envy and jealousy. The question is why?

Just the way banks find themselves close to major markets,,, that's the way Igbos find themselves to places close to ports for the sake of importation and exportation..

They do it to massage the egos of Lagosians and cause resentment for Yoruba indigenes of other states. It is a "divide and rule" tactics.

They are Nigerians n can live anywhere.Even i from d north was born n bred in Lagos therefore Lagos is my home.Stop d tribalism....no country can move forward wit this kind of mentality

I'm also of the North East Origin but grew most of my life in the SW and never will I call the SW a No man's land. If people say poo bout Yoruba people, I'm always keen to defend that tribe as tho it's my tribe. The Question is, why will some sect of folks be calling Lagos a Yoruba land a No man's land?? Can you go to Anambra and say same and still remain alive?? I think those folks needs to be humble tbh

This is no shades, time for the east to build a tech capital or silicon valley, a trade melting point like Dubai, a business capital like London, a manufacturing hub like Shanghai or shenzhen

Each of the four major eastern cities like owerri becoming a technology capital, onitsha transformation to trading capital while Aba become a manufacturing hub and enugu the business choice city, with Abakiliki providing the food hub.

No need to go to sambisa or Giwa this will lead to dragging it with funny people in future
if igbos go back home and achieve this you guys will still find fault or say they used money from Lagos to develop their city and they don't allow others to buy land in the east, igbos I know if they determine to relocate they will achieve all of these when that time comes you guys won't remember you chased them this is the reason igbos want to be on their own but you guys refused, what will the Igbo do to be free from you guys hating

Has IMO seen a descent individual govern her since conception ?..

Why is Anambra unable to attain good governance ?

What of Enugu and Ebonyi with their recycled mediocrity ?

Impeach buhari now with immediate effect.....

Let there be a motion that will impeach president buhari this minute with immediate effect!

All the senators....house of assemblies..... lawyers and legislators....civil workers....etc should plan for his immediate removal instantly with due effect......

How can a whole president be this wicked and heartless?

For 1 month now no citizen of this country called nigeria has any access to cash in their bank accounts.....

Is this not wickedness and abstructly RUDE?

LET THERE BE A SENATE MOTION TO IMPEACH PRESIDENT BUHARI THIS MINUTE with immediate effect.....

Buhari once promised nigerians that before he will step down from office he will surely punish Nigerians for insulting him online...

He will make sure we all know the true meaning of buhari and why he was impeached before in the 80's when he first ruled as a head of state.....

This buhari is believed not to be a true Nigerian by nature as one of us and should be striped off from power with immediate effect.....

Buhari real identity and family are from chad and Niger republic....

He is bent to kill all the citizens of Nigeria through hardship and hunger that is why he first closed all our food borders so we can all starve to death.....
This is the hidden agenda of president buhari.....

We should all chase him out by force and by fire....
let him get out of that seat immediately and be replaced by someone else asap.......

In the next 2 weeks from now there will be a great famine in Nigeria......

I repeat in the next 2 weeks from now there will be a great famine Nigeria as a country has never seen before or will ever see again for generations.....

There is a hidden agenda for tinubu muslim muslim ticket....

They want to islamise nigeria in the year 2024::::

i repeat let there be a motion that will impeach president buhari imediately without any delay.....

Counter court wise will reject buhari.....

If all this hardships we nigerians are facing because of naira scarcity is been faced in country like the USA......CANADA......RUSSIA....CHINA....ENGLAND.....FRANCE.....GERMANY.... And the rest of the europe countries....

By now 75% of all their citizens will have commited suicide or homoside....

I mean they would have killed themselves completely and also impeached the president asap.....

But thank God we are blacks and we are much stronger than the whites......

If this naira scarcity continues then there will be a great famine in Nigeria in the next 2 weeks.....

The useless president even closed out borders for almost several years now and he is not yet impeached or something.....

I repeat let there be a motion that will impeach president buhari this minute with immediate effect.....

When will it turn to Dubai and Silicon Valley?
But same people ruling Naijs since 1960 havent turned Lagos, Kano, Abj, PHC to Dubai. For a small test, there is no place in Lagos where u can portable running from state Water Board. Let’s start from small things 1st b4 Dubai

If is for you guys to work on but ,even as a layman not really interested in the SE, I know enough general knowledge to discern options exist.

Below, as one of many, is a study by Ihedi Ohakim. Unless you wish to argue he is ignorant and you know more than he does.

I think the South East Governors should drive the change. Nothing stops them from having a concrete plan and setting things in motion. They don't need the FG for things like this. If the FG isn't paying for it, they usually won't object.

From what you posted, the gentleman said he built a lake resort to spur investments. How that was going to work still baffles me.

Basically what I am saying is that if the FG won't do something, then the state should do it. If the plan is proper and provides good returns, the investors will come.

Investors are looking to make profit. If there is a concrete model that guarantees profit, investors will come

Oya make we pack our and una load go no man's land......!!!

The Igbo stock lack the cohesion exhibited by the West and North.

Instead of gallivanting up and down all they need is to come together and jointly use the wealth they have acquired to turn their region in a economic hub but instead they engage in senseless killings and shedding of innocent blood.

All they require is focus their collective energies towards the economic emancipation of their region......... invest in education, infrastructure development and economy of the region.
