No you don’t depending on what you were given. If you apply for multiple it varies from 2 years to 10 years (depending on what they give you). You can visit the country for 6 months at a time or less but never above 6 months. So you can exit and visit again and again till the validity period expires. When it expires then you re-apply for a new visa.

She’s to go for biometrics and one of the requirements on the biometrics letter is to come with her travel insurance. Do you get a travel insurance without visa? Please advice she’s confused. She got a job in Canada.

Pls what supporting documents should I submit?

For home ties, I have my husband and kids back home
I have a job( not paying much. Less than 100k)
I have a business too and in flow ranges from 200k-500k monthly)

Are these ties good enough?
Is there any supporting documents I should add to these as well?

Please how long does it take to get your passport back from Abuja? I submitted my passport for visa stamping on Thursday, 2/3/23. Since Wednesday, 8/3/23 status when I track it is showing “your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada visa office to the Canada visa application centre…”.

In your experience, when do you think I’ll be able to get my passport back? I went to VFS on Friday but they didn’t have it. My main problem is my US IW appointment was brought forward and now I may miss that appointment.

Does anyone know how long it takes typically to get visa stamped and returned?

In 2021, I helped my wife apply for a visitor visa. Below is the message I saw when I checked her visa application portal this morning.

"We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

Does this mean they have started looking at her application?
