4mm 2 red 2 black for AC and water.. reduce the number of 2.5mm

reduce the no of 2.5mm cause i guess he is planning to use 2.5mm for ac and heater.

I have a wiring mixup in the house... I mean in the past year, many hands have made different connections on the property according to their knowledge and now sometimes I smell wire burning if I put on one air conditioning unit for example. I think the whole house's wiring has to be sorted "cleaned up" and properly connected. I also need a diagram as a blueprint to guide any additional connection in the future.

Is this even feasible? I never heard of such b4 but I know I need to do something asap.

I agree 100% it's better to stick to just one person but due to availability....I just narrowed it down to the DB I use just for AC units and Water heaters.
There are 2 DBs: 1 for the solar inverter system which carries all other loads in the house (this one is fine) and the other problematic one I use for loads connecting directly to nepa for heavy stuff i.e the AC and water heaters.

It better to do general testing/power audit for the building.

The one we carried out in Nicon town last week. The complaints was that their prepaid main breaker always tripping whenever most of the equipment are powered on.

Our findings are:
-Load balancing is absent .
-Their earthing value is 26-ohm
-There are short circuiting between live and neutral of some outgoing breakers in the DB.
-The load cable from cut out to the low voltage panel doesn't pass the insulation resistance test
-Cable management in the DB is totally bad ..

We write a report with recommendation to the client
