I think they'd appeal the red card. The tackle shouldn't be a red card at all, and I feel Casemiro hasn't been lucky looking at how controversial all the reds he's gotten is. However, if they don't, Fred and Sabitzer would need to step up to fill the gap. And Tenhag shouldn't have played him alone in the middle.
