I expect the media guru to use the medium to call out Buhari or Emefiele to make official announcement on this issue faced by the populace. people are crying and dying.
There is no need to silent about the resolution, banks have started disbursing the old note which will believe is on there directive.
They should hide there shame and come out for official statement.Nigerians are suffering. Let push those idiot out to talk.This issue is beyond any tribal sentiment, every reasonable Nigerians can feel the pains.

Bank have started giving the old notes to people, but since the traders are refusing it,people are scared to negotiate with such notes.
people are waiting for official declaration by CBN or Buhari himself
