Of course you can’t challenge the outcome because you lost woefully. The process may not be perfect but it substantially complied with the constitution and electoral act and that’s what really matters.

Shut up..

Do you know how many Court cases Tinubu has indirectly won for people if that's the case.

That's not even the issue, APC must challenge the result and process of Election in Alaigbo because it was rigged for Obi
colorsofrainbow:
Smart Obi. Same strategy he used against INEC during Ngige era in Anambra state grin

Politicians will really learn a lot from Obi just under 10months. The Grace is overwhelming

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the February 25 Presidential and National Assembly elections, Peter Obi, has said that he is challenging the process leading to the declaration of the President-elect, Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, as the winner of the election and not the declaration itself.

For those who don't understand this let me with my little knowledge break it down

1. Obi challenging APC directly in court with sitting & incoming president it won't be easy winning just like all other previous presidential tribunal cases.
2. Challenging the process is automatically between INEC & LP, INEC will be handicap fighting against is electoral act which will destroy the body image globally.
3. This case automatically set APC aside because APC defending INEC here seem as collaborate act of criminality.
4. APC SAN will be handicap here only prays INEC win, if INEC lose automatically the election will be cancel.
[b]5. As the direct beneficiary of the challenged process APC SAN has nothing to defend here in court than wait & look because nobody involve them just like state Govt took FG to court without involving CBN in Naira redesign

God bless Nigeria

So what will be the relief? Obi playing to the gallery again. What relief will the court have to grant you should you win? Disband INEC?

And he's going around appealing to elites and organisations to help beg Obi to cease going to court for a unity government?? grin grin
Yes he does that as a pragmatic nationalistic leader with big heart. Not because he is afraid of losing at the court.

Obi knows nothing about election petition and technicalities involved. He has forgotten that Tinubu can ask to be joined in the petition because he is a stakeholder in it. And Tinubu has never lost at Tribunal up to Supreme Court in the past. Tinubu won for Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Ekiti and Ondo states. He is a veteran in all departments of politics. Obi forgets that this is not Anambra state. 😂😂🤤

Tinubu knows how to deal with Atiku and Obi. He never loses. He knows what they are planning. He has his plans to checkmate them.
Sometimes support the underdogs. It is in their victories you can be called a goated pundit.

You be dunde. Did obi accept the results of the east? If you challenge the results and then found irregularities then that is on INEC and its officials. And besides, that's another good reason to cancel the election na.
Re: I’m Challenging The Process, Not Outcome, Says Obi (see The Implications) by TheNiceGuy(m): 6:26pm On Mar 13, 2023
Idiot. Election can't be cancelled. Only where irregularities is observed is cancelled.

Go and read for your exams son
