I don't think you understand what is at stake for you Igbos when you get biafra.. you automatically become aliens and will get less than 72 hours to vacate Nigerian soil. Let no man deceive you that you'll stay back and continue trading.. as who and what na? when the locals are there to take over all your businesses. All the Igbos in the Federal civil service, agencies, National Assembly, universities, polytechnics etc. would automatically be sacked and evicted back to biafra.. you won't eat your cake and have it. Anyone of you that refuse to leave would be jailed and would be deported eventually after serving a long sentence in prison. You better think it through and stop running around with lowlives chanting biafra like headless chickens. Maybe you need to go and read about the biafra war carefully and see that all the Igbos (I mean all) left the West, South and North back to the East.. some that refused were killed of course because they were perceived threats. Gowon is the reason Igbos are who they are today.. a wicked person would have ordered underground elimination of the entire Igbo clan with either chemical or biological weapons. Igbo ronu.. make una no go sink |

onyfrank:I should very well hope not, as I'd be very ndi unhappy so see so many needlessly ndi perish! The humanitarian situation in Ethiopia’s northern region of Tigray is nothing short of abysmal. Atrocities amounting to war crimes have led to the forced displacement of nearly 2.5 million people inside Ethiopia and into neighboring states. The Ethiopian government has blocked virtually all food and medical shipments into Tigray, using food as a weapon of war. With starvation deaths mounting each day and as many as 900,000 people in famine conditions, there are fears that the current situation in Ethiopia will mirror the Great Famine of the 1980s, where over 1 million people starved to death.I can't trust my Yoruba brethrens and neighbours not to ndi starve a landlocked Biafra!

flokii:It would be like when the Muslims were kicked out of India, and would continue for decades after. Across the Indian subcontinent, communities that had coexisted for almost a millennium attacked each other in a terrifying outbreak of sectarian violence, with Hindus and Sikhs on one side and Muslims on the other—a mutual genocide as unexpected as it was unprecedented. In Punjab and Bengal—provinces abutting India’s borders with West and East Pakistan, respectively—the carnage was especially intense, with massacres, arson, forced conversions, mass abductions, and savage sexual violence. Some seventy-five thousand women were raped, and many of them were then disfigured or dismembered.
