Story doesn't add up. Male friend visited over the weekend. Left early in the morning by 5:00a.m. Neighbours heard a loud noise and alerted the police. Visitor ( who left earlier) was arrested in victim's House and taken to his apartment where his lifeless body was found.

So prof has no family member living with him? What kind of noise did neighbours hear that made them call the police? I wonder who calls the police in Nigeria just by hearing noise.

How did the neighbours confirm the visitor was the victim's friend? What kind of relationship existed between them? So many questions begging for answers.

May his soul rest in peace.
