There have been numerous complains about first bank intentionally allowing transactions to fail but will debit you and will refuse to reverse your money. I made a transfer of 100k this evening and it showed unsuccessful but I was debited immediately. I decided to go on Twitter to complain, Lol and behold, the kind complain wey dey there made me develop cold feet.i shut my laptop down. Tomorrow efcc will be going after yahoo boy, but I tell you, no body do yahoo reach banks. They steal from customers and nothing will happen. Firstbank really dealt with me for the past seven days. Four failed transactions but all debited. My account is zero now. Send message to them they will not respond, you go to the bank but you can't enter because of the crowd. I went to their Twitter handle and saw people complaining of failed transactions since early February. They are stealing people's money and nobody to caution them. The one that is paining me is the money I sent to my wife to buy food for the house. 1 Like |
