We have no capacity to rotate that much. Depth of quality is still a problem in the squad. See small rotation against Manchester United in the Europa league and there was chaos.

Even more established players like Fati, are struggling for playtime. You have to show the coach that you have enough quality to be given more run in the team.

Unfortunately, Pedro Torre hasn't shown enough consistency to deserve more in the team. Maybe, things will be easier for him next season.
