5. Pennsylvania and Ohio
6. Illinois and Indiana (Forget about Chicago)
7. Kansas and Missouri
8. North Carolina and South Carolina
9. Maryland and Delaware
10. Arizona and New Mexico

The remaining 30 states are Single kids. You're free to add your own twin states, based on your experiences.

Texas and Arkansas. They both have a boundary town named "Texarkhana". One in texas and one in Arkansas

Virginia is more advanced than West Virginia. The latter is like the number 50 on development index list . North Carolina has a more progressive economy than South Carolina which economy is controlled by some class in the society.
