During presidential election police arrested some group of guys with BIVAS machine and laptops phones and other equipment they were arrested inside an uncompleted building later on Police said they’re INEC engineers, like WTf are they doing in uncompleted buildings if they’re truly working for INE as alleged so what where they doing inside uncompleted buildings? 😂
