Hmm, well u r right sha, but 800k is way too much for this sock away am seeing.

It's not easy to quantify if some details are not provided. Like d depth, the dimensions, d sizes of iron bar used (local or foreign), the cemet mixing ratio, workmanship, location some times (but not too significant). I will advise the investor to always compare prices in subsequent dealings before giving out jobs cos these artisan are very dubious sometimes. It has happened to me before, I paid for 12mm iron bar and d guy bought less than 10mm thickness of iron bar for me nd lots more.

A septic thank is what Nigerians call Soakaway. If you are a Nigerian you should know this by now.

If the client can spend so much on the piles why do this on the pile caps and tie beams.
The supervising engineer should be held responsible for this shoddy job.

Wood in Sapele is not cheap anymore. You only get the right length there.
