My brother,the thing tire me.
Half of threads are either totally fake, imbedded with lies or photos/images doctored.
Maybe due to its anonymous nature people know they can get away with posting anything, especially in a situation where the moderators are largely absent in the performance of their duties, even if it's free.

James "The Amazing" Randi (1928 - 2020) was a former magician and a scientific skeptic perhaps best known as a challenger of paranormal claims and
pseudoscience. He was the founder of the James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF), and co-founder of the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, originally known as the Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal.

*The million-dollar challenge is a prize offered by the James Randi foundation to anyone "who can show, under proper observing conditions, evidence of any paranormal, supernatural, or occultic power or event."*
It has yet to be won though there have been a vast number of attempts.

Randi started the James Randi Educational Foundation to monitor applications for the $1 million prize, and to serve as an organizing body to help promote skepticism and provide educational resources on claims of the paranormal.

//////////
*But it is not only Randi, there are others offering money all over the place,, to anyone who can prove existence of juju, supernatural, or such.*

** B. Premanand from India will pay Rs. 100,000 "to
any person or persons who will
demonstrate any psychic,
supernatural of paranormal ability of any kind under satisfactory observing conditions."

**Prabir Ghosh will pay Rs. 20,00,000 to anyone
who claims to possess supernatural power
of any kind and proves the same without resorting to any trick in the location specified by Prabir Ghosh.

**The Australian Skeptics offer
$100,000 (Australian),
$80,000 for the psychic
and $20,000 for anyone "who nominates a person who successfully completes the Australian Skeptics
Challenge." If you nominate yourself, and are successful, you get the whole hundred grand.

**The Association for Skeptical Inquiry (ASKE) , a U.K. skeptic organization, offers £12,000 for proof of psychic powers.

**The Independent Investigations Group "offers a
$50,000 prize to anyone who can show, under proper
observing conditions, evidence of any paranormal, supernatural, or occult power or event."

**The North Texas Skeptics offer $12,000 to any

person who can demonstrate any psychic or paranormal power or ability under scientifically valid observing conditions.

**The Quebec Skeptics offer $10,000 to any
astrologer who can demonstrate her craft according to a formal scientific experiment.

**The Tampa Bay Skeptics offer $1,000 to anyone
able to demonstrate any paranormal phenomenon under mutually agreed-upon observing
conditions.

**A group in New Zealand calling itself "Immortality"

is offering a prize of $NZ2,000,000 to anyone "who can
display an actual paranormal ability, under controlled conditions." One million goes to the successful applicant and one million to the charity of his or her choice.

** Magician Chris Angel offered $1,000,000 of his own money to Uri Geller and Jim Callahan if they could psychically determine the contents of an envelope he held in his hand. The offer was in response to Callahan's claim that his performance of a trick on a TV show called "Phenomenon" was aided by demons.

SultanOfPuna:
Tho im not proud of it. I have killed someone
First one was mistake
Second one was self defense

In 2005/06 i and my uncle went out to mechanic to repair his V boot car
as he went out to eat i was left alone with mechanic, i was in jss1 by then
The mechanic jokinly asked me if i can drive
I said he should teach me. He showed me how to start and warm the car
He warmed me not to touch the gear
Now as a young boy i was so excited to seat on driver seat hitting the trottel and warming the car, then i made a very huge mistake by moving the gear to R (reverse)
Next thing i know the car reversed with full speed and crashed inside a tailors shop opposite the mechanic
Unfourtunately, the woman who owns the tailor shop died on the spot. It all happened so quick and i can still remember the crowd of people that where shouting at me and threatning to put me in prison.
One of the worst days of my life
The mechanic was so angry with me the man tear me slaps and hooked my shirt
All this while i was crying and begging
by the time my uncle came, i got the scolding of my life with some serious beating. Very traumatic moment

My parents ended up coming and they all settled with the tailors family
Then i was sent to village, changed to another school till my jss3 i then came back to owerri by then my uncle had relocated to kaduna. One of my worst momemts in childhood

Have you ever killed someone?
Share with us how it affected you

Mine affected me so much that i didnt near driver seat due to having fear of driving until 2021 when i finally overcame that fear of driving. It wasnt easy at all
And the second murder?

It was a mistake

My ex was a psychopath and always accuse me of cheating

She became jealous of me having another woman to the extent she placed my cc and personal details on FB if I don't hanging with a particular woman at my workplace, she'll leak it

After that , we had an argument concerning the stuff and in the process she slapped me and I became angry pounced her very heavily , she felled on the glass table

She was unconscious and not breathing

I tried to get her to the hospital but they might arrest me for having killed her so

I got rid of her body with sulphur, ammonia chemicals and dissolve the body in my bath tub

I forged and made posts with her phone that she has traveled abroad

Oh, they're all over the place. Here's just a few.

Notice how non of them is anywhere near our Africa. In Africa we don't believe in critical thinking, we love our hocus pocus!
