Open your magisk manager and hide root for the app

Or go to the apps permission and deny it access to other apps in your phone

Okay you can simply unroot or use magisk bypass

Install root checker from playstore to check

Also check for SuperSU or Magisk among your apps

I don't have such App in the phone

No, the solution was to flash it with the the company's provide flash file, I'm afraid to do so

Those oppo refurbished phones are rubbish, I had to go change it to huawei

Some of these cloned oppo phones are prerooted for the phone to function to some extent.
Trust me you can never see anything related to root on that phone
Even if you reset it a thousand times, it won't work
The only way is to flash the oem flashfile which may even brick the phone since some components may have been modified
