I made different payments on the 3rd, 12th, and 18th of February, 2023. I was debited by access bank, but the people I made the payment to said they were not credited. I got my bank statement, which showed that the people got value, but none of them were credited because their bank statements proved it. Even the Data I bought 4 myself, I didn't get the value but the access bank said I got the value. Phed I did too, I didn't get the token.
Please, fellow naira landers, what do I do?

use your card to withdraw your money through POS and send it to another account,and stop using it for now until you are refunded.

I use opay,Kuda,and palmpay for my daily transactions for now

For the transfer made and your account debited, go to access bank and ask the customer care to give you the transaction/Session Number for each transfer and give same to each person u transferred to but not credited to take it to their banks and demand for credit amount
As for the Data, tell dem to give u online evidence that ur phone got the data.
