raumdeuter:I only saw 4 points the 5th point wasn't stated. Again this is not the original affidavit or case filed to court. Let them show the original "prayers" then we can determine the frivolities. However if he based all his claims on not qualified to contest then he will fail. If I am to take the news on the surface, the only one that looks remotely "tangible" is issue of not having 25% in FCT |

Emmynator:Let's see the original case affidavits filed to court, the summary don't cut it for me. Let the paper published the original case sheet filed to tribunal. |

A001:Koko sha be say, we are not all that different. We can agree on that. All of the dirty fightings and mud-throwing that has been going on in this thread is simply due to emotional responses. |

Melvyn11:Thr sweeping generalisation is untrue. Not all Niger Delta states have insecurity issues. Akwa Ibom is safe. We don't do militancy and kidnapping. Our capital, cities, and oil-producing communities are safe. Expatriates of all races and oil-sector workers live and move about freely in Uyo, Eket, Ikot Abasi, and Ibeno. Compare reports of violent crimes from all over the country to ours and you'd see the difference. Akwa Ibom has been the safest for years even during the time of Akpabio, and even safer now. Security is the one sector nobody matches Gov. Udom, not even the FGN. |

Agadinaagwuofe:I agree with you overall but if the Abuja 25% is the closest to being tangible then Obi just dey whine us |

raumdeuter:I seriously doubt the 4 points above is what he constituted 10 abi 17 SANs to go and defend. I will wait to see the original document but I still doubt he can approach tribunal without stating the rigging part. That is where bulk of his case should be build on, issues of eligibility is the frivolities I mentioned earlier on that could be included to know if it can stick. |

raumdeuter:You are always on the defensive. Did I blame Lagos for other ports not working? Or are you now scared that Lagos may lose its relevance if the narrative is bought? The Federal and state governments of areas close to the sea are to be held responsible. They should see building more ports as a priority. |

airmark:Is GRV more Igbo than Yoruba? He is more IPOB than Yoruba nation agitator? All these are nonsense talk promoted by APC for the sake of elections. |

larride:Stop fighting with yourself. Lol. See how you are reacting with the sense of your livelihood being taken away from you. How is it that you want nonindigenes out of your Lagos but does not wish that they become less reliant on your Lagos? Na witch una be? That said, I honestly did not know that Lagos ports contributed such amount to Federation account. But it does not need to. I honestly know that the Federal Government has systematically clamped down on other sea ports in Nigeria using import duties and taxes to keep the Lagos port thriving. My Dad worked with Hull Blyth, my mum with NPA- any person that knows shipping will know them. So I know. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 3:19pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
Spy360:Lagos does not make any laws to force anyone to use their ports, there are other ports in Nigeria and importers know the reason they are not using those ports The FG has created more ports already but importers for whatever reason are not using them Spy360: |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 3:22pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
raumdeuter:Do you sincerely want other ports to become as active as Lagos and compete with it? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 3:26pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
Spy360:Yes absolutely. The population explosion in Lagos is not sustainable That is why my major cry is for other state governors to be alive and make their state conducive so that indigenes can stay back and develop their states not everyone running to Lagos |

raumdeuter: . Festus Keyamo said Obi should be given the front seat during Tinubu's Inauguration. That he helped Tinubu's victory in the poll. |

Spy360:Lagos is not stopping anyone. FG has opened other ports. Its the importers that are refusing to use them Your next container you are shipping to Nigeria, I beg you don't use Lagos ports |

The deadline for the submission of election petition ends this week. When is Atiku filing his own? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by airmark(m): 3:52pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
Spy360:Stop using question to answer question. You are showing your hypocrisy here too. Tell me why exposing his provocative tweets towards his tribe, is nonsense. You think any true Yoruba electorate would sidestep that? No true Yoruba person would take those shots at his tribe the way GRV did. If you can do that to your tribe pubicly, no wahala, go and govern your state. |

airmark:You should know that I answered the questions I posted. That's why they are rhetorical. In fact, the answer to the question you asked again (which is irrelevant) is still in the rhetoric questions I asked. No matter what he posted or tweeted, he cannot be more IGBO THAN YORUBA. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by airmark(m): 4:01pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
Spy360:Well if you give flowers to such people dragging your tribe in the mud in your region, Yorubas don't take that and they made it known loud and clear to him. Meanwhile, I believe in future he will summon courage and apologize for those vitriol and turn a new leaf. Deleting those tweets weren't enough, unless he tries his luck elsewhere. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 4:03pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
Emmynator:I think that will be a different case as INEC refused granting access to election materials. The case disqualifying Tinubu is actually genuine but I doubt it will be granted. That of Shettima is what I don't know. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by DontBullshitMe: 4:13pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
Emmynator: ![]() He should atleast file something. Throw everything he has at Tinubu, maybe one will stick. |

airmark:Like I said APC took a piecemeal of something that was irrelevant and made a spectacle with it. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 4:18pm On Mar 21, 2023 |
Emmynator:1. Identity issue, his records in Chicago stated that he is female, hence he was impersonating someone 2. Certificate forgery, he submitted to INEC forged certificates not the original from Chicago State University 3. Drug case, if he was in a plea bargain then he was convicted. A convicted fellow cannot run for electoral office. Remember I mentioned my doubt that our judiciary will allow the case stand. |
