Lagos is and will remain a Yoruba land and no baggage can change that. I have no problem with any tribe that want to come and do business or live in Lagos, that right is guaranteed in the constitution. What we will not accept is calling Lagos a no man’s land. It’s a Yoruba land and will remain so.

You can go and look for those that hate you in the front.

Most of the states that don't have governorship elections are in the south and we know obi is strongest in the south.
From edo to bayelsa, to Anambra,imo, osun etc.

I'm sure if governorships were held in these states, those numbers will be more

Donald Duke Initiated the Obudu ranch International Mountain Race, created a special reserve fund for Cross-River, created “Calabar Carnival” dubbed Africa’s biggest street party, Initiated Tinapa Resort Project etc. Everything down the drain because he couldn’t be the godfather!

The last mountain race was in 2011 with an Ethiopian winner. Tinapa Resort is now dead because of years of neglect.

Calabar used to be the beautiful bride of Nigeria that recorded the most number of tourists in Africa. to a state barely mentioned. Godfathers are VERY important!

The pathway to becoming an international tourist destination takes many years to develop and encompasses many supporting industries, but most importantly involves the big tour operators taking a stake in the industry. Just as an example, you must have an industry that can provide tens of thousands of sausages and fresh milk every morning as that is what International tourists demand for breakfast.

I don't think Obudu ranch ever reached profitability, like most Nigerian tourist resorts which rely on Nigerian spending power, and subsequent Governors will have made decisions based on cash burn and financial feasibility.
