I was having some issues with my personal domain emails 2 weeks ago, and was shocked when I got customer service agents calling me with Yankee number from Microsoft who could pronounce my first name properly. I asked dude and he told me he was calling from Nigeria where he works. The very next day, someone from GoDaddy called me...he too could pronounce my name, he too was from Naija.

I had the same experience it was when setting up a domain as well and she was in Nigeria based in Nigeria. She did well though and I have her very good reviews
