I think the headline is confusing, CBN licensed 17 new fintech banks, it is not that these are the only existing licensed fintech bank.

The number of banks, micro banks, cooperative banks, microfinance banks and fintech only in Nigeria will be almost equal to the whole companies that are existing in Ghana.
