Moscow is “determined to continue building a strategic partnership” with African nations, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said, expressing confidence that the continent is set to become one of the leaders of the emerging multipolar world.

The president made the remarks at the International Parliamentary Conference ‘Russia – Africa in a Multipolar World,’ which kicked off in Moscow on Monday and brought together representatives of some 40 nations. The conference comes ahead of the second Russia-Africa summit, which is scheduled to take place in St. Petersburg in July.

“African nations are continuously increasing their weight and role in international affairs, and are asserting themselves more and more confidently in politics and economy. We are convinced that Africa will become one of the leaders in the emerging new multipolar world order – all objective prerequisites for this exist,” Putin stated.

Russia and African nations stand together against “the neo-colonial ideology” imposed by certain powers in the world, Putin went on. “Many states of Asia, the Middle East, and South America stand on similar positions, and together we make up the world majority,” he added.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese guest Xi Jinping have signed more than a dozen documents on increased cooperation in fields ranging from trade and industry to science and the military. The two leaders also touched on the prospects for peace in Ukraine.

“This is an example of how world powers, who are permanent members of the UN Security Council and have a special responsibility for maintaining stability and security on the planet, should interact,” Putin said at the ceremonial dinner following the hours-long talks at the highest level in the Kremlin.

As part of his toast, the Russian president quoted from the ‘I Ching’ (‘The Book of Changes’), to say the Russian and Chinese people have a “common soul” and can overcome any obstacle with their joint strength.

Speaking to reporters after the talks, Putin said that relations between China and Russia were “at their highest point in history” and that trade and economic cooperation were the priority of both governments.

Economy and trade

China’s trade with Russia hit a record high in 2022, growing by 30% as the West tried to embargo Moscow. Bilateral trade is on pace to hit over $200 billion this year – though two thirds of it have been denominated in yuans and rubles, as both countries move away from the dollar.

Putin has endorsed the use of yuan in trade settlements with other countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Xi and Putin also discussed increasing the scale of trade, further developing logistics and cross-border infrastructure, expanding agricultural cooperation to ensure food security for both countries, and improving cooperation in the exchange of energy, minerals, metals and chemical products. China and Russia pledged to expand cooperation in the fields of technology, information technology and AI.

“By joining our rich scientific potentials and production capabilities, Russia and China can become world leaders in the fields of information technology, network security, and artificial intelligence,” Putin told reporters.

A new military partnership

Putin described relations between Russia and China as different from the military-political alliances that developed during the Cold War, saying they are “superior to that form of interstate cooperation, and are not of a confrontational nature.”

Moscow and Beijing agreed to “regularly conduct joint maritime and air patrols and joint exercises,” develop military exchange and cooperation using all available bilateral mechanisms, and increase mutual trust between their armed forces.

Fostering relations with Russia is “a strategic choice China has made on the basis of its own fundamental interests and the prevailing trends of the world,” Xi said after the first round of meetings on Monday, explaining that the two nations shared a commitment to building a multipolar world.

Ukraine peace proposal
The Russian president has commended the peace roadmap proposed by China last month, saying that many of its elements “can be taken as a foundation for a peaceful settlement when they are ready for it in the West and in Kiev.”
However, Putin pointed out, neither Ukraine nor its backers in the West are currently prepared to discuss peace. Representatives of the White House and the US State Department have come out this week in opposition to any ceasefire in Ukraine, contradicting their own prior insistence that they would support Kiev in whatever it decides.

Xi arrived in Moscow on Monday for a three-day visit. By Tuesday evening, the summit had produced a total of 14 statements, protocols, memoranda and agreements.

In two joint statements, Russia and China have pledged to “deepen relations of comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction entering a new era,” and create a development plan for key areas of economic cooperation by 2030.

The ministries of science signed a protocol on strengthening cooperation in the field of “fundamental scientific research,” while another protocol established a mechanism for regular presidential meetings going forward.

The governments in Moscow and Beijing agreed to cooperate in producing joint television programming, with the Russian public broadcaster VGTRK and China Media Group signing a memorandum of cooperation. State news agencies Tass and Xinhua also agreed to exchange information.

Six additional memoranda of understanding touched on trade, forestry, agriculture, consumer protections, and infrastructure in Russia’s Far East. Rosatom and the Chinese atomic energy agency agreed on “a comprehensive program of long-term cooperation in the field of fast neutron reactors and closing the nuclear fuel cycle.”

Ahead of Xi’s trip, he and Putin published opinion articles in their countries’ respective flagship newspapers. The Chinese president has also invited Putin to visit Beijing later this year, for the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has praised Beijing's 12-point peace roadmap for Ukraine, during a summit with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping.

The Chinese leader is making a three-day visit to Moscow, and today's official talks took place at the Kremlin.

“We believe that many of the provisions of the peace plan put forward by China are consonant with the Russian stance and can be taken as a foundation for a peaceful settlement when they are ready for it in the West and in Kiev. However, so far we have not observed such readiness on their part,” Putin stated.

The Chinese president said Beijing continues to strictly adhere to the UN principles over the conflict between Moscow and Kiev, maintaining a balanced position. Xi also reiterated his call on all parties to exercise restraint and for a return to negotiations to seek a diplomatic solution to hostilities.

“We’re always for peace and dialogue, and we firmly stand on the right side of history,” Xi added.

The two leaders met behind closed doors first, with a number of top officials, including Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev and Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, taking part in the negotiations on the Russian side. The meeting was followed by another round of talks with expanded delegations, involving more government ministers and the heads of Russian state corporations.

The two leaders welcomed the developing ties between the two nations, with the Russian president stating they have already reached their “highest-ever level.”

The negotiations come as a part of the Chinese leader’s three-day visit to Russia, which began on Monday. Earlier in the day, he held bilateral talks with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Russia and China are deepening their partnership in nuclear energy and will draw up a roadmap for cooperation in developing so-called fast-neutron reactors for decades to come, Russia’s state-run nuclear energy giant Rosatom announced on Wednesday.

According to the company, the comprehensive program lays the ground not only for bilateral cooperation, but will essentially influence the shape of the global nuclear energy sector.

The document signed between Rosatom and the China National Nuclear Corporation covers “key areas” and is focused on expanding current cooperation as well as launching new projects “related to fast-neutron reactors, the production of uranium-plutonium fuel and the management of spent nuclear fuel.”

The announcement of a long-term nuclear deal came among a raft of agreements presented during a three-day visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping to Moscow.

China already operates five Russian nuclear reactors and currently has four more under construction, which makes Russia the largest nuclear supplier to the country.

Last year, Rosatom launched the construction of the Xudabu-4 reactor and the Tianwan-8 reactor in the Jiangsu province in eastern China. The reactors will be powered by third-generation pressurized water reactor technology supplied by Rosatom, with operations set to begin between 2026 and 2028, according to the agreement. The cost of construction at each site is estimated to be $1.7 billion.

US ‘uneasy’ about China’s Ukraine peace plan – media

There is a “sense of unease” in the White House about the consequences of its dismissal of the Chinese peace plan for Ukraine, Bloomberg reported on Thursday, citing an unnamed official in the administration of President Joe Biden.

In February, the US publicly brushed off the roadmap for peace presented by China for the conflict between Russia and its neighbor.

However, Bloomberg reported that Washington now fears it could be “backed into a corner” by Beijing’s proposals, with the Biden administration said to be concerned that it has created the impression that the US does not want peace.

America’s stance could be used by Beijing to convince nations that are weary of the conflict that the US has no interest in ending the hostilities, Bloomberg added.

“China will likely ramp up messaging that the US is opposed to a ceasefire, that the US is opposed to the end of the war,” former Pentagon official Bonny Lin, who is now a fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, told the media outlet.

The Bloomberg report follows a three-day visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping to Moscow this week, during which he held extensive talks with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. Moscow had previously welcomed the Chinese peace initiative for Ukraine, and during this week’s talks Putin expressed his readiness to discuss and build upon it. He also reiterated that Moscow is willing to seek a diplomatic solution to the conflict.

The peace plan presented by China called for the resumption of talks between Moscow and Kiev. It also condemned unilateral sanctions, and urged the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all nations to be upheld.

Along with Washington, other Western powers largely brushed off the initiative, with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg claiming that China does not have “much credibility” on the issue. However, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken did later admit that the plan includes “positive elements.”

Speaking to Fox News on Wednesday, former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo criticized the Biden administration for failing to prevent what he described as a “wedding” between Moscow and Beijing. Downplaying the increasingly close ties between Russia and China “is an enormous strategic mistake,” Pompeo insisted.

Russia is considering a plan to send grain “free of charge” to countries in Africa, particularly those in greatest need, President Vladimir Putin has said.

His remarks come two days after the Black Sea Initiative, which allows Ukrainian agricultural produce to be exported via the Black Sea in a deal supported by the UN and Türkiye, was extended by 60 days.

Speaking on Monday at the International Parliamentary Conference “Russia-Africa in a Multipolar World,” President Putin said Moscow’s decision to extend the agreement was “guided by the needs of African countries.”

According to the UN, since the initiative was introduced in July 2022, approximately 25 million metric tons of grain and other produce have been sent to 45 countries, helping to stabilize global food prices. The deal includes a Memorandum of Understanding between Russia and the UN, with the goal of freeing up fertilizer exports.

However, the Russian leader expressed concern over the diversion of grain to wealthier European countries. He noted that between August 2022 and March 2023, “827 ships left Ukraine, of which only three million tons of grain were sent to Africa and 1.3 million to the poorest countries in Africa,” while “almost 45% went to well-fed European countries.”

The Russian president earlier insisted on reducing the duration of the deal from an initial 120 days to 60, to hold out for amendments “in the interests of African and other developing countries, considering that they need large amounts of food.”

He warned that Russia will only continue to abide by the agreement if certain conditions are met. Moscow has previously urged Western powers to lift sanctions on Russian agricultural exports, as a condition for maintaining the grain deal with Ukraine.

Speaking at the UN Security Council last Friday, Russia’s Permanent Representative Vassily Nebenzia explained that while Moscow has agreed to extend the scheme, it can only continue further if Western countries address Russia’s concerns.

President Putin pledged in his address on Monday: “If we nevertheless decide not to renew this deal after 60 days, then we are ready to deliver the entire volume that was sent from Russia to African countries during the previous period, in particular those in need, to those countries free of charge.”

Ukraine has not yet accumulated enough resources to stage an offensive, President Vladimir Zelensky has admitted.

In an interview released on Saturday by the Japanese newspaper Yomiuri, Zelensky said that the situation on the frontline “was not good,” explaining that Kiev's forces lacked enough ammunition to launch an operation.

On the subject of an offensive, the Zelesnky stated that “we can’t start [it] yet. Without tanks, artillery and [US-supplied rocket launchers] HIMARS, we cannot send our brave soldiers to the front lines.”

“We are waiting for ammunition to arrive from our partners,” he added, claiming that Russian troops had been firing three times as many shells as the Ukrainian side.

In light of this, he reiterated his calls for Kiev’s Western backers to send more arms and urged them to sign off on deliveries of fighter jets.

Commenting on a potential dialogue with Russia, Zelensky insisted that “absolutely no conditions have been formed for this,” suggesting that Russian forces would have to leave the territories Ukraine claims as its own first. Moscow has repeatedly said that it is open to talks with Kiev on condition that it recognize the “reality on the ground,” referring to the new status of four former Ukrainian regions as part of Russia.

Speculations about an imminent Ukrainian spring counteroffensive have been swirling in the Western media for several weeks now. Last week, Politico reported that the US expected Kiev to start the offensive in May, with Ukrainian troops attempting to push into Crimea either by crossing the Dnieper River – which was considered an unlikely option – or moving out from their positions in the north.

Around the same time, the New York Times reported that Western officials were worried that Ukraine’s costly attempts to hold on to the strategic Donbass city of Artyomovsk (known as Bakhmut in Ukraine) could jeopardize the upcoming offensive, given that Kiev’s Western backers would not be able to replenish its ammunition stocks any time soon. With this in mind, one Pentagon official cited by the outlet described the anticipated push as a “last-ditch effort.”

The doctrine of a rapture of mysterious vanishing and disappearances is a very useless and evil doctrine designed to keep people in perpetual mental and spiritual slavery, it is a doctrine that tries to exonerate evil doers, that tries to help them escape the consequences of their actions. Nobody is disappearing or vanishing to anywhere, everything will happen here on this earth, and all of us will see the end of the wicked people of the earth. Heaven is right here on is earth, and what is coming is the proper aligning, adjustment and correction of an upside down world

This is the prince of the power of the air, the spirit of Satan, the spirit that works in the children of disobedience. Are the children of the devil living in the air, the children of disobedience? The UK announced on Monday that Ukrainian soldiers trained on Challenger 2 tanks have finished the course and returned home. The British Defence Ministry released a documentary that shows Ukrainians handling depleted uranium armor-piercing rounds, among other things.

British instructors – and at least one American officer spotted in the Ministry of Defence (MoD) video – spent weeks training Ukrainians how to use the main battle tanks.

London pledged to send 14 Challenger 2 tanks to Kiev, and some of them have reportedly already reached Ukraine. The US has promised several of its M1 Abrams MBTs, while several continental NATO members have already delivered German-made Leopards. All Western tanks require a crew of four, including a manual loader, unlike the three-man crews of Ukraine’s original tank fleet of T-64 and T-72s.

These loaders will have to handle the standard NATO armor-piercing rounds, which are made with depleted uranium rods. The ammunition has been linked to skyrocketing rates of cancer and birth defects in the former Yugoslavia and Iraq

The MoD told reporters last week that the “impact to personal health and the environment from the use of depleted uranium munitions is likely to be low.”

In an article published in The Spectator on Sunday, a researcher at the government-funded Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) think tank admitted that DU is toxic. Russian soldiers should not “go to sleep cradling a depleted uranium round, or lick the tip,” Jack Watling joked, adding that the projectile “traveling at around 1,800 meters per second and burning up as it flies will be more concerning to any target than its radioactivity.”
The UK announced last week it would send the DU ammunition to Ukraine along with the Challengers. The Russian Foreign Ministry called the move a sign of “absolute recklessness, irresponsibility and impunity.”

The Russian military does not seem concerned about the potential effects of DU in combat. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, who is in charge of Russia’s Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense Forces, pointed out that DU dust will contaminate the soil and wreck Ukraine’s agriculture for decades, while causing “irreparable harm” to the health of Ukrainians, civilian and military alike.

It is very easy to deduce that Yoruba is Judah and Igbo is Benjamin. But Nigeria and the powers that controls her refused to evolve these structures, and now it is Benjamin's turn to rule the country. Benjamin is not small, and Benjamin will not be enslaved.

Donald (world leader) Trump (of victory) led America. Peter (the rock) Obi (king) was put forth by Benjamin, and he can lead Nigeria too, had we been governed altruistically and the proper structures put in place.

We are here to tell you that you have been lied to and that is why you are apprehensive. You have been deceived. There is no thought of your heart about achieving these things and being successful in life and leaving a mark in life, that is not legitimate and achievable, God has promised you, and God will give you.

You will achieve all these things, and you will achieve more when Christ is revealed.
